The Details

Once you start adding lights to a Squarebody, you run out of clean places to put switches fast. Rocker switches drilled into the dash, toggles hanging under the column, a rat's nest behind the kick panel — I've seen it, I've done it. The KS-80 fixes that. One knob, eight circuits, and everything runs through a proper solid-state system instead of a pile of relays you spliced in at midnight.

---

### What It Runs

Eight positions, and you decide what goes on each one. Light bars, pods, rock lights, a winch, an air compressor, a fuel pump, a horn — anything 12V on your build. The load system is rated 120A total (3×30A + 4×20A + 1×10A) on solid-state relays, so it handles real current without the click and chatter of mechanical relays.

### Control Without The Clutter

Master dimming on your lights, plus four modes on every circuit — toggle, momentary, pulsed, and SOS. One-touch buttons fire all eight at once, or throw them into strobe or a chase pattern. Four external triggers tie into your factory signals so lights can follow your high beams, reverse, brakes, or hazards. DRL auto-start brings your lights up with the ignition — no extra switch to remember.

### The Knob

RGB backlighting you can set to any color and dim to taste. Match it to your gauge lighting, your interior, or your panel color — and actually read it at night without frying your eyes.

### Built Tough

IP65 waterproof, rated for 12–24V, with an operating range of -40°F to 221°F. It'll live through a Squarebody's worth of heat soak, dust, and cold starts.

### What's In The Box

KS-80 knob switch panel set with the 20-foot extension cable. The cable is 4-pin plug-and-play — no splicing, no cutting into the harness — and it's shielded against EMI and RF interference, which matters in an old truck with a noisy electrical system. Twenty feet gives you room to mount the panel where you want it and hide the control box wherever it fits best.

### Fitment

Works in any 12V or 24V vehicle. It's not a Squarebody-specific part, and I'm not going to pretend it is — but I'll tell you exactly where it mounts in these trucks and how to wire it. If you're running my 5" console lift, the storage bay underneath is the cleanest place to hide the control box I've found.

### Why I Carry It

I don't stock switch panels for the sake of having switch panels. This one earns its spot because it does what the expensive units do — real dimming, real modes, real trigger inputs — without the price tag or the app dependency. Eight circuits on solid-state relays for what a lot of shops charge for four.
