At Blazin’ Biddles Off-Road, we take pride in getting your order packaged, protected, and shipped as quickly as possible. Every order is handled with care — whether it’s one of our in-house products or a partner item from one of our trusted manufacturers.

Processing Time

  • In-stock items usually ship within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

  • Made-to-order or fabricated items (such as brackets, hangers, or custom-built parts) may take 7–14 business days before shipment, depending on production workload.

  • Some specialty or partner-built products (like CFM Industries or DC Audio components) may have extended lead times — these will always be noted in the product description.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on product size, weight, and destination. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

We currently ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). For international orders, please contact us before purchasing so we can provide a custom shipping quote.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.
For larger fabricated products or oversized items, flat-rate freight or custom shipping quotes may apply.

Pre-Orders & Custom Fabricated Parts

Pre-order and custom-built items will have estimated shipping windows listed on their product pages. These timelines are estimates — we do our best to meet or beat them, but fabrication and finishing times can vary slightly based on demand.

If you order both stocked and pre-order/custom items in the same transaction, they may ship separately to avoid delays.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can file a claim and make it right.
We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and get replacement parts out to you as soon as possible.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We can’t be responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
